Case managers are here to provide immediate support for students experiencing difficulties large and small.

Case Management is a collaborative process between a student, a Case Manager, and other concerned parties with the intention of improving the student's academic and personal outcomes. It usually involves a meeting with a Case Manager who will listen to the student's case, offer support, connect the student with internal and external resources that are best suited to the student's needs and the particular situation, and facilitate positive solutions.

*It is important to note that Case Management is not a replacement for professional therapy or counselling.
