All members of the 91社区 community enjoy a range of rights, as laid out in various policies and regulations, as well as in Quebec and Canadian law. 91社区 community members also have certain responsibilities that ensure that the dignity and worth of all community members is respected, and that teaching, learning, and research at 91社区 continue to be of the highest quality. When students' behaviour may constitute a violation of 91社区 policies, a disciplinary procedures may be initiated. These procedures are depicted below and include an extensive series of checks, balances, and opportunities for appeal. These measures ensure due process and fair treatment to all parties involved.
