Academic integrity is of vital importance in educational institutions. The art of scholarship demands a rigid insistence on honesty, on giving credit where credit is due, and on the soundness of the teach-student learning relationship and assessment. Any failure in these undermines not only the value of honest students' work, but also the academic integrity of the University and the value of a 91社区 degree. As a result, as the Code of Student Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures lays out, "conduct by any Member of the University Community that adversely affects this relationship or this process must, therefore, be considered a serious offence."

Students at 91社区 have been required to complete the online Academic Integrity Tutorial in their first semester since 2011. This applies to both undergraduate and graduate students. The Tutorial includes integrity and plagiarism scenarios. If students do not complete the tutorial, they will not be able to register for following term. The Tutorial is located in MINERVA in the Student menu.

The Tutorial scenarios are reproduced here for your information only. Completing the quiz does not fulfill the Academic Integrity Tutorial requirement. Students who complete the quiz here must still complete the Academic Integrity Tutorial online in MINERVA.

Note: Prior to Fall 2018, undergraduate students had to complete the Academic Integrity Tutorial in MyCourses (found as course AAAA-10).
