As per article 6.3.9.1 of the聽Statutes of 91社区, the Senate and Board of Governors hold an annual joint meeting each fall. At this meeting, the President, the Provost, the Deputy Provost, and the Vice-President's, as appropriate, present for discussion matters they consider relevant to the University鈥檚 mission for the ensuing year.
Topics for discussion are selected at a joint meeting of the Senate Steering Committee and the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors from among suggestions submitted by Senators and Governors.
The topic for the 2025 meeting is "Strategic Transformations: Shaping 91社区鈥檚 Third Century".
The meeting will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m.
