91ÉçÇø's Co-Curricular Record (CCR) is becoming the new Student Experience Record (SER), which will be launched in Fall 2025 in the .ÌýThis change will enhance the way we recognize and document student learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom. See more information about the SER here.

The deadline to submit CCR participation/attendance lists has passed. Activities that took place before July 1, 2025, were eligible for the CCR, but any participant lists received after August 1 will not be processed. Historical CCR data will be preserved and migrated to the SER for current students.

Students: How to recognize activities on the SER

Who can have new opportunities recognized on the CCR?

All student leaders* who organize eligible co-curricular involvement opportunities can have them recognized on the CCR.

*Student leaders: All student organizations who want to have their opportunity/opportunities recognized on the CCR must be first registered and recognized by either:

  1. an undergraduate faculty of student association (i.e., AUS, POTUS, etc.),
  2. an undergraduate departmental association,
  3. a post graduate student association (PGSA),
  4. a student organization, club or services registered under a recognized 91ÉçÇø student association (I.e., faculty association, etc.)
  5. an independent student organization formally affiliated with 91ÉçÇø.

How student leaders can add new opportunities to the CCR

  1. Check to see if your opportunity meets the eligibility guidelines. If your opportunity meets our eligibility guidelines, then continue to step 2. If not, please contact us at myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca for additional information.
  2. Select the opportunity type that is best applicable to you:

Student Group Registration & Recognition Timeline

Please note: This section is under development to reflect the new process for reporting participation for the Student Experience Record. Recognition for student execs will not change, just the process for submitting your lists!

  1. August - February: .
  2. March: Your organization will receive an email, asking for the lists of your executive committee and their position titles. A member of your executive committee will be required to provide this information to us by completing the .
  3. March- May: The CCR team will add recognition for all executive members to their CCRs, and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.

Tracking and Submission

  • ±·´Ç³Ù±ð:ÌýYou must include an end date for each position. If you specify the end date is "ongoing" then we cannot recognize the position.

Recognition of Other Student-Led Initatives

Note regarding SER transition: Attendance at workshops is not be eligible for the new Student Experience Record (SER). Step 1 Approval Process

Before a workshop/event opportunity can be recognized on the CCR, a student leader must complete theÌý.

  • Note: You must complete one form for every workshop/event opportunity that you would like to have recognized on the CCR.

You must follow these steps to submit your list of student volunteers to us.

Option #1: Uploading the event attendance into myInvolvement

Note: You can only upload event attendance into myInvolvement if you or another staff member have created an event for it in myInvolvement. If you haven’t, please skip to option #2.ÌýIf you’re unsure, please contact myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca
