Report suspicious emails from your 91�� Inbox

You can quickly report a suspicious email using the Report Junk or Report Phishing buttons available in Microsoft Outlook, whether you’re using the desktop app, mobile app, or Outlook on the web.

Documentum services, including D2, Webtop, and Records, will be unavailable on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. due to scheduled system maintenance.

This work is necessary to ensure the continued performance and reliability of IT resources across the organization.

Who is affected

Anyone who uses a D2 space or accesses documents through the Documentum platform will be unable to upload or retrieve files.

What to do

If you have work that requires access to Documentum, please plan accordingly.
