Droit g茅n茅ral : Basis, nature and functioning of criminal justice within and across legal orders, with a focus on Canadian criminal justice. Main determinants of crime and rationales for criminalizing certain conduct. Key substantive, procedural, evidentiary and sentencing aspects of the criminal law, and the social impact of criminal justice.
