  with:\n\n\n	A generic “5-step” framework for managing projects that is con
 sistent with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge
 ”\, and can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project env
 ironments\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare stra
 tegies for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to appl
 y at their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and pot
 ential avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, pa
 rticipants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a 
 common “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a p
 roject forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key t
 emplates and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the r
 ole and challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how
  a project management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfil
