 nsion\, learning and growth for individuals\, teams and the institution at
  large. In these times of rapid change and uncertainty\, we are called to 
 tap into this wealth of potential – particularly if we are to attract\, en
 gage and retain healthy\, diverse\, and happy employees. This means creati
 ng a workplace culture that actively values differences and psychological 
 safety for all. It also means understanding and skillfully managing confli
 cts when they emerge.\n\nStress\, withdrawal\, and conflict are commonplac
 e in our post-pandemic reality. Fatigue has sometimes overshadowed empathy
  and mutual respect. Most common types of conflicts are based on tasks\, r
 elationships\, and differences in values\, all of which have been impacted
  by the Pandemic and this new and still unknown hybrid work world. Whateve
 r their source\, unattended conflicts tend to escalate\, creating a divisi
 ve and toxic work environment. Research shows that such escalations can ne
 gatively impact productivity\, engagement and overall wellness of individu
 als and teams.\n\nIt takes courage to move into healthy conflict and to st
 rive to transform conflict into greater mutual understanding and growth. I
 n this interactive workshop\, supervisors will explore their own relations
 hip with conflict (assumptions\, needs\, styles\, hot buttons). Through va
 rious interactive exercises\, participants will build the skills needed to
  effectively manage various types of conflicts with sensitivity to diversi
 ty\, mental health\, and organizational context. They’ll learn how to enga
 ge in difficult conversations with awareness and confidence\, and gain ins
 ight into the resources available at 91ÉçÇø to help them deal with difficu
