October is here, and with it another Health Literacy Month! MUHC Libraries will be hosting kiosks across the sites. There will be games, there will be prizes, and most importantly, there will be snacks. Come visit us at our booths to test your knowledge with our health literacy quiz. What on earth is health literacy? We鈥檙e glad you asked. Being health literate means being able to understand what is happening with your body and disease or illness so you can ask better questions. For doctors, it means learning to teach and explain in ways patients can understand.
