Her main responsibility consists of updating programs to meet the job mar ket needs. She is also in charge of liaising between instructors\, student s and the department in order to maintain the academic standards and to he lp students achieve their professional goals.\n\n Ms Daoud has been coachin g individuals in a career transition center sponsored by Emploi Québec ser vicing mature workers. She has been qualified to administer many tests and she became certified to administer and interpret Trima and Interqualia te sts. She is also passionate about her teaching. She taught many courses in different levels mainly in continuing education such as: Employment\, Hum an resources Management and supervision\, Job search strategies\, organiza tional behaviour\, Management\, etc.\n\n Ms Daoud is HEC Montreal alumni wh ere she’s got her Master in Science specialized in Human resources Managem ent. She received an award of the best article in the students’ conference and published a book related to executive development.
