In the Lean "Service+" simulation, participants learn to identify 8 types of common work wastes and discover the appropriate lean tools and techniques for reducing or eliminating those wastes. The centerpiece of the course is a simulation showing the same process before and after the application of LEAN.聽

We will make a large number of sandwiches that will be distributed later to those in need. We'll gather at MORSL at 9:30 AM and then travel together to the Church of St. Andrew and St. Paul (near campus at 3415 Redpath St.) to help their young adult community and a non-profit org., Bread and Beyond, to complete this service project.
