Next\, students will learn about a specific mindfulness practice through hand-on activities they can apply in their daily lives. F inally\, students will be taken through a guided meditation related to the key mindfulness theme explored that week.These sessions are organized by the Canada Research Chair in Human Rights\, Health\, and the Environment i n collaboration with the Student Wellness Hub. Sébastien Jodoin is an expe rienced meditator who has received training in mindfulness-based stress re duction.
