CIHR’s Speaking of Aging Tour

Monday, October 1, 2012 15:00to16:30
Montreal Neurological Institute 3801 rue University, Montreal, QC, H3A 2B4, CA

This year, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research Institute of Aging began a multi-stage strategic planning process that will enable it to define its priorities for the next five years (2013-18).

The next stage in the process consists of engaging a dialogue with the stakeholders of research on aging. This dialogue will take place through a number of town hall meetings across Canada, where Dr. Yves Joanette, Scientific Director of the Institute of Aging, will share highlights of the 2013–18 strategic plan and invite participants to share their comments.

These meetings are intended not only for those who are already involved in research on aging, but also for anyone whose focus of study or interest touches on aging, be it on a professional or personal basis.

Consequently, whether as a researcher, student, clinician, decision maker or member of the public, private enterprise or an association, your participation in these meetings will be an excellent opportunity to share your views with the Institute of Aging.

Speaking of Aging. Your point of view is essential for the society of tomorrow!
